In this role, you will be directly responsible for processing and reviewing the company's quality control plan for the field services unit, ensuring compliance. Your duties will involve conducting reviews of construction draw inspections submitted by field vendors and editing these inspections according to the company's QC compliance procedures for client report delivery. Your overall responsibilities will include processing and reviewing system-received inspection field data to ensure adherence to the company's quality control requirements.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift, Mondays - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, MST (10 PM to 7 AM, PH ST)

Work setup: Permanent WFH

  • Process and review system received inspection field data for compliance to company's quality control requirements.
  • Review, analyze and manage project documents throughout the construction period for adherence to QC guidelines.
  • Leads specialized and technical work activities of the work group.
  • Evaluate field data collected and adjust the requirements needed in order to meet compliance.
  • Notify internal staff resources on non-compliance practices.
  • Ensures adherence to established quality control standards.
  • Implementation of lender guideline changes to ensure compliance.
  • Follow-up with outside sources on any missing or questionable documentation and communicate status to involved parties.
  • Submit all deliverables in designated timeframe or less as defined by client service level agreements (SLA).
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards with both internal and external customers.
  • Reports regularly to Field Services and Operations Managers for special assignments, quality and status of all work.
  • Responsible for maintaining file storage and data updates in internal systems.
  • Provide daily management performance reports, exception reporting, vendor compliance reporting.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Answer basic client reporting questions.
  • Draft content specific electronic communications forwarding and follow-up as needed.
  • Performing multiple roles during system upgrade implementation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by operation/organization Senior Managers.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
  • Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with clients.
  • Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the organization.
  • High energy level and commitment to excellence essential.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • High production capabilities.
  • Perform multiple functions simultaneously with the ability to prioritize with limited direction.
  • Implement staffing requirements and adjust based on projections with little historical staffing models.
  • Ability to construct and present training curriculum to staff

Experience/Knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Construction/Building practices
  • Practical experience in residential and commercial ground up and renovation construction practices
  • Demonstrated success in a customer service related position.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications, internal applications and web-based systems.
