Quantity Surveyor

JOB SUMMARY

The QS Supervisor is responsible for detailed quantification of Structural and Architectural works. He/She works together other team members to come up with detailed quantities to be used for Project Cost Budget and Evaluation of Bids.

1. Detailed quantification of Structural and Architectural Works

2. Reviews conflicts in plans and lacking drawings that are needed for accurate quantification.

3. Assists and coordinates with other team members to complete the quantities needed for the project.

4. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering possessing a valid PRC licensed or its equivalent
2. 1 to 3 years construction field experience or Quantity Surveying works.
3. Computer Skills: Excel, Bluebeam, Autocad
4. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating, teamwork, innovation and excellence
5. Good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
