Senior Multimedia Design Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Multimedia Design Specialist who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. THE ROLE:

• Design and produce engaging multimedia content for a variety of platforms including web, mobile, and social media.
• Edit video footage to create clear, engaging, and cohesive pieces that align with our brand and communication goals.
• Create high-quality static designs, including infographics, banners, and digital advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-impact visuals.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, and proactively suggest improvements to increase the effectiveness of our visual communications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and other team members, ensuring best practices in both video and graphic design are followed.
• Maintain archive of images, photos, and previous work products for potential future use.
• Additional tasks as assigned

BREAKDOWN OF WORK:

• New graphic/static design: 50%
• Video-editing: 50%

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in multimedia design, with substantial video editing and graphic design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of visual design work, including both video and static graphics.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Has worked in the GY Shift experience
• Able to work in any US Timezones (PST/CST/EST)

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Experience with Figma is a nice-to-have
• Previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to manage projects or teams.
• Experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and how they impact design.
