Sales Executive

We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. Work Setup : Full-time ; Morning shift ; Fully onsite Quezon City Office Responsibilities:

• Addressing customer inquiries;
• Scheduling meetings, product presentation to prospective Architects, House and Building owners Construction Companies, Interior Designers and Developers;
• Attending site visits and coordinating with contractor or project manager regarding the standard' product installation;
• To be able to reach monthly sales target;
• Report and discuss sales report with the management;
• Updates and monitors the collection from valued clients;
• Assume full responsibility in the efficient and successful promotion through individual efforts/strategies used;
• Offer utmost satisfaction to clients by ensuring a good and healthy professional relationship;
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and construction requirements;
• Be knowledgeable about the product
• Coordinating with office to prepare samples, orders and deliveries.

Quaifications

• Entry level/Jr sales experience, can accept fresh graduates
• Honest, trustworthy, good communication skills, good moral character and hard working.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• College Graduate, Engineering or architectural related course is a plus
• Background in building materials and construction related industry is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) & SketchUp is a plus
