Job Description - Sales Executive ( Energy & Construction )

Program Overview

ClearSpot.ai introduces a comprehensive 4-month Graduate Program designed to equip participants with critical sales and technical skills, with a special emphasis on Edge AI and computer vision technologies. This immersive program combines rigorous training, real-world project experience, and mentorship to prepare graduates for the dynamic role of Sales Engineer at ClearSpot.ai.

Objective

The program aims to:

  • Develop in-depth sales expertise, focusing on the Edge AI industry.
  • Enhance technical skills related to computer vision and localized processing technologies.
  • Foster exceptional customer service and technical support abilities.
  • Cultivate the capacity to analyze customer needs and engineer bespoke solutions.
Structure
  1. Orientation and Fundamentals (Month 1): Introduction to ClearSpot.ai, overview of Edge AI and computer vision technologies, and basics of sales in the tech industry.
  2. Technical Training (Month 2): Deep dive into product technicalities, hands-on projects involving real-time data analysis and interpretation, and training on providing technical support.
  3. Sales and Customer Interaction (Month 3): Techniques for effective communication, understanding customer requirements, and tailoring solutions. Participants will engage in simulated sales scenarios and customer interactions.
  4. Integration and Real-world Application (Month 4): Participants will work alongside experienced sales engineers, contributing to live projects and applying their skills in actual business contexts. This includes customer interactions, solution development, and sales strategy implementation.
Mentorship and Support

Participants will be paired with experienced mentors from ClearSpot.ai's team, receiving guidance, feedback, and insights throughout the program. This one-on-one mentorship is designed to accelerate learning and adaptability in the field.
