A Preview of Your Role

As a Senior Audit Manager , you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing and managing audit engagements for a designated portfolio of clients. While receiving some assistance from Managers or Directors, your role involves taking charge of the audit process, ensuring successful completion of concurrent audits, and reporting either directly to Managers, Directors, or Partners.

Gear Up for Success: Essential Qualifications

• CPA qualification
• Typically, 6-7 years of experience in an audit environment
• Demonstrated experience in controlling and completing assignments
• Supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel and Word)
• Advanced proficiency in CaseWare
• At least 6 years in external audit with leadership experience

Your Impact: Unveiling Key Responsibilities

• Control and run audit engagements for a portfolio of clients with some Manager/Director assistance and ensure the successful completion of concurrent audits (reporting to Manager or directly to Directors and Partners).
• Within controlled assignments, manage all subordinates according to HLB's technical and administrative standards.
• Utilize team skills effectively to complete concurrent assignments.
• Develop staff, thereby elevating team competence and measurable productivity.
