. Manage day-to-day DOP operations, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch and receiving of in-transit parcels, also inventory control
. Daily accepting of orders from sellers and serving buyers for self-collection.
. Conducts team briefing and documents minutes of the meeting
. Oversees agency teams in backroom, as well as coordinates w/ rider support team and occasionally supervises drivers / riders
. Performs essential duties such as training staff, monitoring employees, performance, ensuring high productivity levels, assigning tasks, and delivering constructive criticism.
. Creates, reviews, and validates reports coming from the DOP
. Assists Customer Support team in call outs to solve Customer support escalations
. Ensure DOP KPIs are effectively met
B . Bachelor's Degree in the related field
. Must have work experience in the related field
. People management skills and experience leading a large team
. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
. Good team player
. Adaptive with the fast-paced culture of the team
