Sr. Graphic Designer

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Join Sprout's team as a Senior Graphic Designer, bringing your expertise to elevate our creative initiatives. You will lead in conceptualizing and producing visually captivating designs across various mediums, ensuring alignment with our brand identity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our design standards. Your proficiency will be instrumental in crafting engaging visuals that resonate with our audiences and drive the success of our services and products.

TASKS

• Lead the creative direction and design strategy, translating complex concepts into visually compelling and impactful designs.
• Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for a range of projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, print materials, digital assets, video content creation and the like.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and UX/UI, to deliver cohesive and consistent visual experiences across various platforms.
• Provide constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within content & internal teams
• Utilize advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (ie Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva, Figma etc)  to create high-quality visuals that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to ensure the integration of fresh and cutting-edge design elements into projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional designs while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with external agencies when necessary, ensuring the consistent quality and execution of outsourced design work.

QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Advertising, Communication  or related field
• Proven track record with over 2 years of professional graphic design experience
• Mastery of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva are preferred
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout composition
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from concept to final deliverables
• Experience in leading and collaborating with design/ content teams on complex projects
• Proficient in both print, video and digital design, with a keen eye for detail and quality
• Demonstrated expertise in visual storytelling and creating compelling narratives
• Effective time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
