Job Description Basic Function Assist in the preparation of the Project Budget for submission and approval of the President and or/ Chairman. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares shop drawing for presentation approval by the owner before the actual implementation.
2. Identify and recommend manpower, equipment, tools required of the project.
3. Responsible for carrying out the activities/strategies as planned.
4. Responsible for the supervision and coordination in the implementation of projects based on design.
5. Ensure that the project technical specifications are implemented as per design.
6. Monitors the attendance of the jobsite employees/workers.
7. Responsible in conducting periodic report and prepares Project Manager and /or GM Construction.
8. Monitor quality control on project implementation.
9. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors with regards to project implementation/activities.
10. Recommend to the Project Manager alternative course of actions in solving the problem.
11. Responsible monitoring the safety of the workplace.
12. Supervise and evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend to the President thru the Construction Manager/Project Manager/GM-Construction for appropriate action.
13. Responsible for the management of all project equitment/tools and materials endorsed to the project.
14. Implement deviation/changes as per owner’s requirement.
15. Recommend additional project cost covering the changes as required.
16. Supervise and review as-built drawing for submission to own we thru the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
17. Responsible for the testing and commissioning of installed Mechanical system and equiptment.
18. Assist the Project Manager/Const. Manager for the hand-over of the completed project to the respective clients/owner.
19. Assist the Project Manager/Const. Manager for the timely preparation of turn-over document prior to hand-over of the project.
20. Perform other duties that maybe assigned to from time as required the project.

Qualification

• MUST BE A LICENSE MECHANICAL ENGINEER.

• WITH AT LEAST 3 TO 5 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN MECHANICAL DESIGN, ESTIMATION AND RELATED ENINEERING WORKS.
• APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN SUBIC OR BE ASSIGN ON JOBSITE LOCATION, WHEN REQUIRED.

• COMPUTER LITERATE.

• HARDWORKING AND A TEAM PLAYER, CAN HANDLE PRESSURE.
