Purpose of the role
Over the past two years, HR has significantly evolved at Indicia Worldwide from being purely transactional to a true value-add function, acting as internal advisors and partnering with the business to think strategically in everything relating to our people, becoming the “People & Capability” team.
Currently the team is led by the Global Head of People & Capability who looks after a global team and who manages a team of 3 senior leaders: a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, Global People Operations Manager, Head of P&C (APAC) and 2 Regional P&C Managers (EMEA). There is a number of highly talented individuals spread across the team in various locations globally.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will build trusted partnership and provide expertise to internal stakeholders in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent across various disciplines in Technology, Digital and Data, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR in the APAC region.

Mindset to navigate the role
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will have a strong ability to understand and translate business needs into sourcing and recruitment action plans. You will demonstrate an ability to juggle multiple priorities, ensuring that stakeholder expectations and individual/team targets are met/exceeded. You’ll be able to identify challenges with ease and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You will be a clear thinker, highly persistent, and diligent, with excellent attention to detail.

Role Requirements
Whilst the contracted hours for the role are 9.00am to 6.00pm local time, Mon – Fri, the global nature of the business requires that some meetings and engagements will happen outside of these hours.
The hybrid work model applies to this role which requires to come to the office whenever needed.You will be expected to perform in a flexible environment but ensuring delivery.
