Team Leader Engineering

Job Description

Doka Philippines is currently looking for a Team Leader Engineering who will lead a variety of subject matter and manage a group of engineers according to DOKA group leaderships to support and promote the realization of strategy.

Your key responsibilities:

1. You are responsible for the end-to-end project planning (including material listing, offer drawings, shop drawings, coordinating projects) and client support agreement with the internal and external stakeholders.
2. You coordinate the verification of projects by the statics department or others.
3. You ensure team members and yourself coordinate with internal and external stakeholders according to technical rules.
4. You share your experience and expertise in the form of an active speaker during trainings, meetings, information sharing, and actively assist in the innovation and optimization process.
5. You are to prepare and discuss with your team members on their targets and performance achieved while aligning the measures to company goals.
6. You understand team members' technical challenges and provide guidance to team members on finding solutions.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed in this role:

Professional Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree (civil or construction engineering)
2. Minimum 10 years in Infrastructure/Civil Formwork Design
3. Minimum 3-5 years' leadership experience with International formwork systems
4. Excellent skills in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office
5. Well-developed analytical skills and technical proficiency
6. Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets
7. Ability to work individually and in a team environment on standard and major projects

2. A good listener and ability to diagnose client requirements
