MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year Business related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic Computer Skills (MS Office)
Good communication and human relation skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collate CTS and ensure completeness of documents like BIS , RA, ID, Proof of Income, SPA and SPA ID (only if applicable) for bank loan application.
Collate CTS and ensure completeness of documents like Tax Receipt, Tax Declaration, License to sell and other documents for bank loan application.
Validate buyer's payment status, percentage of house construction and title status prior to loan availment.
Communicate with Bank representative for the requirements and schedule of drawdowns.
Coordinate with different departments for the requirements needed by Banks during availment, accreditation and updating of documents.
Preparation of RFP, if needed.
Preparation of drawdown documents.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate Superior and Department Head.
