VP for Planning and Construction

We are currently looking for a VP for Planning and Construction to hold an enormous responsibility in the Real Estate industry.  This person will be directly reporting to the President and CEO and will over see various key departments, including the following below;

• Construction Management
  
• Architecture and Planning (covering Design Management and Design Engineering)
  
• Quantity Surveying
  
• Engineering and Implementation (including Land Survey)
  
• Technical Resource Management (encompassing Supply Chain Management)
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity
  
• A cumulative 10 years of experience in managerial and executive roles
  
• License as a Civil Engineer (or related field)
• Preferably, license as a Real Estate Consultant
  
• Experience in the Real Estate industry
