Warehouse Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Taytay. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure efficient and effective processes and will work closely with the team to meet deadlines and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure inventory materials transactions (Inbound and Outbound) are processed accordingly and based on implemented company policy.
• Leads inventory cycle count of each site and reports any variance to the Manager – SCM.
• Responsible for overall off-site warehouse facility including proper material arrangement and storage, scrap disposal, material handling and safekeeping.
• Leads and monitors the activity of outsourcing personnel deployed at each project site.
• Ensure deployment processes are followed and proper documentation are observed.
• Ensure deployment of equipment from yard is within KPI.
• Responsible for coordination of all GWS project site refueling activities.
• Ensure that all transactions and operation of all off-site warehouse facilities comply with the company, ethics and safety policies.
• Promotes good communication and teamwork within the section and to other departments.
• Ensures department process and company policy is implemented. Reports gaps and site improvement whenever a conflict is detected.

Qualifications

• College graduate
• Supervisory skills, including experience managing a warehouse team
• Knowledge of material handling best practices
• Strong inventory control skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in the construction industry is required.
• Must be knowledgeable in SAP
