We're looking for Wind Engineer to join our Energy Business Group.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

1. Conducting wind resource assessment, micro siting of potential wind site (on-shore and off-shore).
2. Elaborate and report on the outcome as a result of the WRA and micro siting of the wind site.
3. Identify Met Mast areas for WRA campaign.
4. Conduct site visit when necessary.
5. Assigned on site when necessary, during construction, installation of WTGs.

What you will bring to the team:

Bachelor’s degree qualifications in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline as appropriate). 5 years design experience in Offshore Wind development (WRA, Yield Assessment, Micro siting, Proven experience in wind farm engineering/design. Strong background on Offshore wind development, salient features of a typical Wind Farm setup. Able to do offshore wind design is an advantage (WRA, Micro siting).

Design in Wind or Wind resource assessment experience and proficiency in: WindPro, WAsP, 3D wind flow modelling (such as WindSim), CFD, Excel and resource data analysis is favourable and will have an advantage. Comprehensive understanding of wind farm development and function of each salient feature of a typical wind farm project. Experience in Wind resource and Energy yield assessment, Wind farm layouts and optimization, Turbine Noise modelling, Shadow flicker modelling, WF operational assessments and Power Curve Verification. Construction and installation experience/exposure on wind farm project is an advantage. Experience in doing technical reports and winning proposals.
