Position: Account Manager
Range: $900 - $1500
Working Hours & Time Zone: 9 am to 6 pm or 8am to 5pm PST M-F
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess excellent communication skills, and have a background in marketing and account management. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Coordinate and follow up on client requests, ensuring timely delivery of services and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on client objectives and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress, performance metrics, and any relevant developments.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Previous experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and information.
- Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools such as Slack.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find solutions to client challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
