Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our remote team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional support to our account management team and clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist the account management team with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation. 2. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or concerns. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients. 4. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and internal reviews. 5. Assist with client onboarding and training as needed. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Support the account management team in identifying opportunities for growth and providing solutions to client needs. 8. Provide additional support to other team members as required.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in account support or a similar role. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 7. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 8. Reliable and able to work independently. 9. Negotiation skills and adaptability to changing circumstances. 10. Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools is a plus.
