Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Manager to join our team at Puregold Price Club Inc. This is a remote work position based in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the support of key accounts within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide product and service information to clients, offering solutions to enhance their experience - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that align with client goals and objectives - Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and management - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide sound advice and recommendations to clients - Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in account management or a similar role, preferably in the retail industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of sales and marketing principles - Experience with conducting presentations and negotiations
