Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Account Support Officer to join our remote team at Bench. As an Entry Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and assisting our sales team in achieving their targets. This is a full-time position based in Taguig, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities: - Handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer support - Assisting the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining customer relationships - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services - Conducting market research and identifying potential business opportunities - Creating and presenting reports to senior management - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus - Passion for building relationships and exceeding client expectations - Persuasive and able to influence others
