Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Support Representative to join our team at San Miguel Brewery Inc. The successful candidate will work remotely from Cebu, Central Visayas, in the Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in account support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to customers, including handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Assist in the development and implementation of account management strategies to drive business growth. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotions. - Prepare reports on account activity, sales forecasts, and customer feedback for management review. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in account support, sales, or customer service roles. - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service. - Excellent planning and organization skills with a strong sense of cooperation. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.
