Job Description:
MadEats, a thriving food delivery company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time remote work opportunity based in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and effective manner - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained - Collaborate with various internal departments to coordinate client requests and resolve any issues that may arise - Analyze client data and provide strategic recommendations for improving client satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns - Provide training and support to clients on new features and updates to our platform - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and problem-solving
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and proactive in identifying and resolving client issues - Innovative thinker with a strong problem-solving ability - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
