Job Description:
Peddlr, a leading e-commerce platform based in Makati, NCR, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Support Specialist to join our remote team. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and chat. 3. Provide product information and assist with order processing. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues. 6. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain records. 8. Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training as needed. 9. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in all customer interactions. 10. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account support. 2. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and remote work environment. 3. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building relationships. 4. Strong research and analysis skills to identify customer needs and trends. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
