Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Account Support Specialist to join our team at Philippine Airlines. This is a remote work position based in Makati, NCR, Philippines, with full-time hours and entry-level seniority, making it perfect for individuals with little to no experience looking to kickstart their career in the aviation industry.


As an Account Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:


- Providing excellent customer service to corporate clients and travel agencies - Assisting with booking reservations, processing ticket exchanges, and handling inquiries - Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner


To excel in this role, you must possess the following requirements:


- Personality traits: driven, reliable - Soft skills: persuasion, people management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
