for an Accounting Junior Associate.

The Accounting Junior Associate provides quality analysis to Business Partners. He or she is responsible for reviewing
assigned business processes from end to end to identify operational, financial, and technological risks and to help
identify opportunities to improve efficiency. He or she is expected to provide quality analysis to support business
partners and organizational stakeholders in their decision making process.
This role is expected to work closely with the business units to gain an in depth understanding of the customer and no. 39s
business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business operates. This role will be
key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: 1-2 years of relevant combined working experience in End-to-end general accounting, financial analysis,
and management reporting.
Fresh graduates may also apply.
Sound practical knowledge of IFRS, applicable GAAP, taxation laws, compliance, and controls.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced Excel skills. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Highly detail-oriented, good time management skills, able to thrive in a transitioning, high-pressure
environment.
Customer-oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills.
Adaptability to change.
Good Presentation skills.
Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Management reporting.
Experience in Budget and Cash Forecasting.
Experience in handling Oracle, FCCS, and IMOS preferred.
Experience working in a shared service environment, preferred.
Experience in the shipping industry is an advantage.
Experience in process migration, a plus.
