Position: AR Specialist

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time

Holiday/s: US and/or PH holidays

Salary Range: USD 1,000 - 1,500/month

About the role:

We are looking to hire an AR specialist who can help schedule payment collection, and project collection amounts within a defined time frame, communicate effectively with our clients and internal teams and increase the average time of collection.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate payment collection schedules and project collection amounts within designated time frames.
• Maintain effective communication channels with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Implement strategies to improve the average time of collection, optimizing revenue streams.
• Verify that invoices align accurately with corresponding orders, including those with various payment terms such as Cash on Delivery (COD), Net30, etc.
• Generate precise and timely reports, including cash flows, upon request from management.

Requirements

• Strong aptitude for customer service, ensuring positive interactions with clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in producing accurate reports, utilizing tools such as Google Sheets or Excel.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar AR role, demonstrating proficiency in collections management.
