The Bingo Associate is responsible in setting up and maintaining the bingo area as well as assisting players with bingo game rules and promotions. He/She is also responsible for the card verification, payout of prizes and card allocation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up bingo machines and paraphernalia
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bingo area
- Assist players in buying cards and ensure that all players have admission tickets
- Promptly attend to players with winning combinations
- Verify winning cards and facilitate payout of prize to winners
- Maintain security of the game and company assets by ensuring players adhere to game rules and reporting any suspicious activity immediately
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the bingo program and upcoming special bingo events and relay this information to customers
- Promote positive customer relations by treating customers with the utmost courtesy, diplomacy, and respect in adherence to the Casino Service Policy
- Answer inquiries from players regarding various bingo rules and promotions
- Inform Bingo Officer and Assistant Manager of player’s feedback and observed preference of guests
- Promptly refer customer complaints to Bingo Assistant Manager for resolution
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a high school graduate
- Has at least one (1) year relevant working experience in Bingo Operations
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions and deliver results with minimal supervision
- Able to build good working relationships and deal with different types of individual
- Can cope in a fast-paced working environment
