Scope & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including coordinating advertising and managing social media.
• Assist the sales team by generating leads, preparing presentations, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and customers, troubleshooting issues and offering demonstrations.
• Manage administrative tasks like record-keeping, order processing, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with management to implement sales, recruitment, and marketing programs, tracking progress and recommending solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Business or Marketing course.
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in Life Insurance, marketing, recruitment, customer service, and/or cashiering functions.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City or Pampanga Province.

Preferred Qualification:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, social media, and telemarketing.
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision and demonstrate trustworthiness.
