Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sprout Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Call Center Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is a remote work opportunity based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate level employee with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical support issues. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our database. 6. Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering excellent service to customers. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 6. Adaptability to changing priorities and environments. 7. Motivated to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
