Job Description:

BeautyMNL, a leading online beauty retailer based in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Associate to join our remote team. This is an entry-level position with zero years of experience required. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Place orders and process returns or exchanges as needed - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using computer systems and software - Prior customer service experience is a plus - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
