Job Description:
Pushkart.ph is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in the call center industry, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure excellent service and support for our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure performance goals are met. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations, including training programs, performance metrics, and quality assurance initiatives. 3. Monitor call center KPIs and performance data to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training sessions to support the professional development of team members. 7. Implement and maintain call center technology and software, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve call center operations.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers. - Proven decision-making abilities and the capability to handle high-pressure situations. - Independent and self-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
