Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Balikbayad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our remote team based in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues via phone calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns. 4. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the database. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively. 5. Resourceful and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. 6. Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus but not required. 7. Must have a quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
