• Farm Veterinarian
  • Responsible for ensuring the maintenance and improvement of the health status of all animals in the assigned farms by implementing the herd health programs, biosecurity procedures and monitoring of inventory of veterinary products used to implement such programs in order to achieve production volume targets and swine operational efficiency.
• Quality Systems and Processes Specialist (QSP)
  • Responsible in ensuring that the Pilmico Food Group guidelines & policies for systems and processes as well as External Interested Parties are implemented and up to date.
• Senior Finance Analyst 
  • Responsible for assisting the Finance Manager in preparing financial analyses, forecasts, and valuation studies for use in the development of financial and operational business decisions.

HIRING FOR TAGUIG

• Product Marketing Manager for Poultry
  • Mainly responsible to support the food group and country operations with their Agribusiness development of the assigned product or category - Poultry
• Supplier-to-Market Quality Specialist
  • Responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and the continual improvement of the quality and food safety processes across the 1FG value chain to support quality performance and the consistent delivery of products that conform to quality and food safety standards.
• Cloud Infrastructure Lead
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure in the sites. These will include: installing upgrades, troubleshooting and installation of hardware, servers, cabling, components and accessories in compliance to the organization’s standards. 
• Digital Experience /Email Marketing Specialist
  • Utilizes marketing automation platforms and fully leveraging its capabilities. It also includes the responsibility for the day-to-day configuration, fulfillment & support, maintenance and improvement of these platforms. Working closely with the sales, marketing, designers, developers and project managers.
• Business Analyst
  • Responsible for providing necessary business analysis support from elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business needs and stakeholder requirements, solution requirements both functional and non-functional, and transition requirements relating to various software applications.

• Veterinary Services and Training Specialist 
  • This role is responsible for providing technical support to Sales and Farm customers in terms of disease control and swine/poultry management to help maintain customers and generate sales
• Territory Business Manager for Gamefowl/ Swine/ Poultry/Livestock/ Petfood
  • Responsible for generating an increasing loyal customer base for Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation’s Feeds & Pet Food Products
• Accounts Payable Shared Services Analyst
  • Responsible for thorough, accurate and timely processing of all invoices and/or employee-related non-payroll payments in accordance with the relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLA) of Accounts Payable Shared Services
• Accounts Receivable and Credit Analyst 
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate recording, analyzing, reporting, and reconciliation of all trade accounts receivables of Pilmico Foods Corporation. 
• Credit Analyst 
  • Evaluate the credit risk of a customer to determine its creditworthiness thru thorough Analysis and review of the financial data, assets, liabilities, and earnings history, assess the client’s credit payment history, debt repaying history, earnings from business and purchase activities to determine the suitability for a credit line and credit terms.
