Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Assistant to join our team at PLDT. This is a remote work position based in Makati, NCR, PH. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist customers with product information, account management, and general inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or similar role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong time management and leadership skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software - High school diploma or equivalent
