As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support channels. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for managing the chat support platform, analyzing customer data, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
