Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Assistant to join our remote team based in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or chat support roles.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to address inquiries, concerns, and issues from clients - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, utilizing Hilton's brand standards - Assist customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and providing information on hotel amenities - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution - Stay updated on Hilton's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced remote work environment - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using chat support platforms and software - Comfortable working autonomously while being a team player - Prior experience in a customer service or chat support role is preferred
