Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This full-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through chat and email communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via chat and email. 2. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Providing feedback to the management team on customer trends and concerns. 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and dedicated personality traits. 2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and chat support software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. 6. Experience working remotely and managing a remote work schedule. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
