Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team at Kumu. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our chat support team, ensuring that our customer service standards are met and exceeded. This is a remote work position based in Quezon City, NCR, PH.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze chat support interactions to identify areas of improvement - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement training programs for chat support representatives - Monitor key performance indicators and report on team performance to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support - Other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Independent and hardworking - Proficient in research and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and chat support software - Experience with remote work preferred - Familiarity with customer service software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
