Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Expedock is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our chat platform to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and technical support related to our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through chat - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing difficulties - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Confident and motivated to provide excellent customer service - Attention to detail and ability to present information clearly - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - No prior experience required, entry-level position
