Role: Chief Finance Officer

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Philippine time

Work Setup: Work from Office

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization. You play a critical role in developing financial strategies, implementing financial plans, and ensuring the organization's financial health and compliance with regulations. The CFO collaborates closely with other executives and department heads to support strategic decision-making and drive overall business success.

Key Objective/Measurements

• Ensure the continued success direction and ability.
• Enter invoices from suppliers to Simpro & Xero
• Pay suppliers
• Follow up overdue bills
• Reconcile
• Sending statements
• Payroll
• In depth report on jobs & standard jobs reports
• Cost cutting & saving, reviewing our budget
• Bonus & sales KPI report
• Send deposit info to the sales team

Duties and Responsibilities: 

> Functions: 

• Two (2) key pillars of business area reviewed each month & plan put in place to make these areas better financially.
• Monthly P&L & reporting data
• Weekly CFO report.
• Follow up overdue accounts
• Follow up deposits
• Pay invoices
• Look for better deals with suppliers
• Follow account reports
• Manage & run CFO meetings
• Manage our account process
• Obtain credit checks
• Issue account terms to builders
• Spot check builders & repeat customers trading history.
• Issue tasks report daily
• Issue sales numbers daily & weekly
• Coordinate the day-to-day smooth operation of a small business
• Managing the accounts in box
• Assigning tasks to staff using Zoho CRM
• Answering telephone calls and general customer service
• Following up payments daily
• Managing tasks due daily in Zoho
• Taking payments from customers over the phone
• Data Entry

> Key responsibilities/authorities:  This position is responsible for all above mentioned duties and functions, and the continued success of the business. 

> Quality Responsibilities:  Uphold and adhere to all quality procedures and policies related product and service to ensure quality objectives are met

> Health and Safety/Environmental:  To work in a safe and professional manner in compliance with company OHS & E policy, general policies and procedures. 

Qualifications:

• Sound Xero experience
• High level of Excel knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a similar-sized organization.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing financial strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communicator, able to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and commitment to compliance and financial stewardship

> Competence:  High level of administration and computer literacy in particular with Zoho , Simpro and all relevant software.

> Years of Experience:  Minimum 2 years in similar role
