Client Relations Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: Storm Technologies is looking for a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Associate Level Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their needs and address any concerns - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge - Meet and exceed client satisfaction and retention goals set by the company

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology or software company - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage your own schedule - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
