The Client Service Associate at Megaworld Corporation will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. The role will involve communicating with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues - Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients - Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company products and services - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Provide feedback to management on client needs and preferences
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Resourceful and able to think on your feet to solve problems - Energetic and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills to gather information and provide accurate responses to clients - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with client needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience with remote work and communication tools is a plus
