Job Description - Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Grab Philippines is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. 4. Analyze client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience. 5. Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. 6. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and account performance for senior management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service strategies. 8. Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure a high level of service delivery.


Requirements: 1. At least 7 years of experience in client service management. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment. 4. Demonstrated experience in successfully managing client relationships and exceeding customer expectations. 5.
