Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job description:

As a Client Service Officer at Gcash, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position will be a remote work opportunity based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. We are looking for a passionate and adaptable individual with a strong attention to detail and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and general questions 3. Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a timely and efficient manner 4. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist clients 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction 6. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients 3. Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
