As a Client Service Officer at Avion School, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent support and service to our clients while working remotely. Your resourcefulness and dedication will be key in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our programs, services, and offerings - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless client experience - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall client satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services and processes
