Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

First Circle is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and adaptability skills, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from clients in a professional and timely manner 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution 3. Educate clients on company products and services 4. Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the database 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve processes 6. Meet or exceed service level agreements and performance metrics 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience 2. Energetic and motivated personality 3. Strong leadership skills 4. Adaptability to changing priorities and situations 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 8. High school diploma or equivalent required
