Client Services and Marketing Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops and fulfills sales and marketing plans and programs based on agreed
strategic directions
• Able to pursue potential expansion opportunities for the organization; champion
radically different ideas and be a leader in the market; identify long-term goals
and invest appropriate resources as needed; communicate vision in a way that
inspires others
- Creates an annual roadmap to implement key sales marketing tasks and targets
- Breaks down on a monthly and quarterly basis annual plans and deliverables
- Co-owns achievement of targets per category of business and per client/nature
of development
• Ensures optimal use of digital and traditional media in elevating the brand image
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and at least 10 years equivalent work
experience in business development, customer service, sales and marketing, at
least 5 years of which is on people management role.
- Experience in Construction Industry is an advantage.
- A self-starter who does not require close supervision
- Intermediate level of PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with large data, ability analyze and present data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities; must be able to think strategically
- Ability to work in a collaborative work environment and being part of a team.
Planning and executing short- and long-term projects
- Strong time management and negotiation skills and ability to handle competing
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Must have a strong ability to communicate clear, consistent messages via email
