Job Description - Client Specialist MOA

A Sr. Client Implementation Specialist is expected to: The person will be responsible for leading the transition/implementation/set up of new small Clients to the Operations environment. . Provide support and expertise to clients on recruitment, technology, operations with the help of various support Departments to ensure successful launch of new Clientu0027s operation. . Administrative/Support
- Responsible for supporting transition back-end documentation for small client businesses
- Ensure adherence to TATs set for each task assigned
- Coordination with Shared Services to drive action required through filing of tickets and oversee completion in a timely manner. Responsible for leading and driving action required from Shared Services including Talent Acquisition, Information Technology, Operations, HR Facilities and Legal
- Draft and submit regular and adhoc reports as assigned
- Manage special projects as assigned . Project Management
- Responsible for end to end transition management of small client businesses into the operations environment including initiating, planning, scheduling, executing and controlling transition projects
- Responsible for planning and facilitating client meetings, maintenance of project plans and completion of all required handover documents
- Monitors and tracks the progress of each transition project and provides periodic reporting of risks and progress to the client, project team members and Implementation Manager.
- Ensures risks and impacts to the clients are identified and addressed
- Establishes and manages relationships that may include both external and internal employees What it takes to be part of our team: . Bacheloru0027s Degree in any field.
. At least 2-3 years of experience in administration, project management and customer service
. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
. Proficient in MS Office and Google-Suite Applications
. Amenable to work on a later Midshift Schedule
. Amenable to Work On-Site (MOA) during probationary period then will transition to Hybrid Set-Up upon regularization. Whatu0027s in it for you
