Job Description:
Altitude Games is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our remote team in Taguig, NCR, PH. This full-time position is perfect for a reliable and adaptable individual with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support to our users while working from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client issues effectively - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when interacting with clients to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Keep accurate records of all client interactions and reported issues - Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the client support experience - Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product updates and industry trends
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using customer support software and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
