1Export is looking for a reliable and confident Client Support Representative to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This position is full-time and offers the opportunity to work remotely.
As an Entry Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. You will also be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products or services.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent presentation and planning skills. You should be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and have a strong attention to detail. While no prior experience is required, a willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.
