Communications and Product Trainer OPEX

Primary Responsibilities

• Training new hires (customer service & soft skills)
• Provide refresher training and calibration sessions for existing employees exposure.
• Schedule, coordinate, and administer process training, and ensure delivery of a training plan.
• Provide face-to-face coaching sessions.
• Manage all training documentation as required.
• Design training content as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months in the BPO industry as a TRAINER

• Strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent analytical skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Ability to work independently

• Willing to work in a Nightshift

• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati and Shaw, Mandaluyong
